- Delivery to any address on the UK mainland is free over £150 non inclusive of VAT - whatever the size of your order. Orders under this amount will be charged at £10 inc. VAT. Details on shipping charges for elsewhere in the world are available from our Call Centre or by emailing email@example.com. Please note, orders for non-UK mainland addresses will not be processed unless you have first sought agreement from Protec Accessories to ship a particular product to your part of the world and have obtained from us the cost of shipping the item to you. The cost of shipping may be added to your order total during checkout in the box provided under the section headed 'Shipping And Handling'. Any quote provided for shipping to non-UK mainland addresses should be seen as provisional in the sense that we reserve the right to amend this price. In such circumstances we will always seek your explicit consent before any additional charges are made to those originally quoted. Please note that Caravan Covers and Motorhome covers are made to measure and therefore, delivery times will vary. During the winter period this can be up to 2 months. - Protec Covers do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- Your rights to return goods are protected under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents/made
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product (NOT INCLUDING TAILORED COVERS) may be returned for whatever reason providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order the cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of fourteen days after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Tailored covers are not covered under distance selling regulations as they are specifically ordered bespoke item. Please either write to Protec Covers or email email@example.com It is the responsibility of the customer to return the cancelled product as per Section 35.2 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, within 14 days from date of cancellation. In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the product. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch, otherwise, refunds wil be processed no later than 14 days after the product is received back by us. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all cancelled goods until received by us.

- Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment, expect American Express.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
